COMPETITION TIME ....

An official told me yesterday that 'You'd miss the busy-ness of being involved and the 'chaotic routine of taking part'. Brilliant descriptions of this GAA-less world.

So now it's the turn of our young members to tell us what life is like without the GAA and Mullingar Shamrocks. AND win cash prizes for doing so.

We have TWO competitions: One for our LGF players and the other for the boys. Both competitions confined to primary and second level students.

All you have to do is tell us your experience in less than 500 words Why I am missing Mullingar Shamrocks and the GAA

First Prize in each category €30, Second Prize €20 and Third Prize €10.

And if someone outside of these categories wishes to take part there will be a prize of a Mullingar Shamrocks Kit Bag to the winning entry and if we get two very good entries we will find the cost of another kit bag someplace.
